Synopsis
Death arrives in a Mexican town to take an old woman to the afterlife. On her journey, she meets Juana, a girl who teaches her how to celebrate the Day of the Dead. They both learn about the importance of appreciating life, what love is, and how important it is to preserve traditions.
About the Playwright
Adriana Hernández Rascón was born in the city of Puebla, Mexico. A singer and an actress, she studied Dramatic Art at the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla and Music at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla. She has participated in international theater and bel canto festivals and competitions. She is currently studying towards her Master's Degree in Theater Pedagogy at the National School of Theater Art in Mexico City.
