Synopsis

Christy is at a crossroads in both her personal and professional life. When she visits her home in Miami for the weekend, she must navigate her mercurial relationship with her strong-willed mother and confront the choices she’s made since she left home. Meanwhile, the Valiente family are knee deep in preparation for a celebration welcoming the return of Christy’s younger brother Martin. When a life-shattering event turns their world upside down, it forces the family to grapple with their new circumstances and find a way to persevere.

Eyes That Don’t See, Corazon Que No Siente is a funny, poignant, and magical play that examines the dynamic between members of a Cuban-American family and the journey of coming to terms with your roots as a first-generation American.
