Synopsis
Parole in Place, O Bailando Cuando No Nos Queda Otra, is an exploration of stillness that refuses to be silent or stagnant. A cubist playscape transforms into a home when two migrant housekeepers, Lupe and Paola, are forced to await the return of their boss, Mr.Christopher, who holds their financial futures awry. A never-ending evening of cleaning swells with the movement & rhythm of cumbia as the possibilities of (im)mobility grow beyond the confines of the space.
